Purpose:
TOUR DRAFT is a digital platform that connects travelers and tour operators. It enables operators to create and manage travel packages, itineraries, and invoices, and allows travelers to explore and contact operators directly through the email provided under each listed package. TOUR DRAFT does not process client bookings or payments — communication and transactions occur directly between travelers and operators.

User Responsibilities:
All users must provide accurate and lawful information. Each company account is limited to a maximum of five authorized users. Sharing login credentials outside this limit is prohibited. Operators are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the information they upload.

Platform Access:
Access to the platform is granted to registered users and operators who comply with TOUR DRAFT’s usage terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, policy violations, or failure to maintain valid credentials.

Technical Requirements:
TOUR DRAFT is web-based and requires a stable internet connection and a modern browser for optimal use. While we strive for reliability, continuous uptime is not guaranteed due to maintenance or technical updates.
