TOUR DRAFT is a digital platform that connects travelers and tour operators, enabling operators to create and manage travel packages while giving travelers the opportunity to explore and book tours directly from verified operators. By using the platform, all users agree to these Terms.

Platform Purpose:
TOUR DRAFT allows tour operators to add activities and accommodations, generate itineraries and invoices, and showcase their packages. Travelers can browse and choose from available tour packages, contacting or booking directly with operators via the provided email or contact details.

Account Registration:
Tour operators must register an account to create and list packages. Each account can have up to 5 users. Subscription fees apply annually and must be renewed to maintain access. Operators must ensure accurate information and protect their credentials.

Payments:
Subscription fees for operators are non-refundable. Access may be suspended if payment is not renewed. Pricing and features may change with notice. Travelers are not charged by TOUR DRAFT when browsing or contacting operators.

User Responsibilities:
All users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Operators are responsible for the content they upload. Travelers must communicate and book directly with operators through the provided contact information.

Ownership:
TOUR DRAFT owns the platform’s software and design. Operators retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant TOUR DRAFT permission to display it publicly. Copying or redistributing platform materials without authorization is prohibited.

Data Privacy:
TOUR DRAFT securely stores user data and uses it only to support platform operations, following the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability:
Platform access may be temporarily suspended for updates or maintenance. Continuous uptime is not guaranteed.

Termination:
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, or violations of these Terms, potentially restricting access to uploaded content or data.

Liability:
TOUR DRAFT provides the platform “as-is.” It is not liable for system downtime, booking errors, or unauthorized access, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use.

Updates:
Terms and platform features may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws under TOUR DRAFT’s jurisdiction, with disputes resolved under international arbitration.
