TOUR DRAFT is digital platform that showcasing tour experiences from different destinations, connects travelers and verified tour operators, enabling operators to create and manage travel packages while giving travelers way to explore and book tours directly from verified operators. By using the platform, all users agree to these Terms.
Platform Purpose:
TOUR DRAFT allows tour operators to add activities and accommodations, generate itineraries and showcase their packages. Travelers can browse and choose from available tour packages.
Account Registration:
Tour operators must register account to create and list packages. Subscription fees apply annually and must be renewed to maintain access. Operators must ensure accurate information and protect their credentials.
Annual Subscription Fee:
Subscription fees for operators are non-refundable. Access may be suspended if payment is not renewed. Pricing and features may change with notice. Travelers are not charged by TOUR DRAFT when browsing or contacting operators.
User Responsibilities:
All users must provide accurate information and use platform lawfully. Operators are responsible for content they upload (as we verify everything!).
Ownership:
TOUR DRAFT owns platform’s software and design. Operators retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant TOUR DRAFT permission to display it publicly and shere. Copying or redistributing platform materials without authorization is prohibited.
Data Privacy:
TOUR DRAFT securely stores user data and uses it only to support platform operations, following the Privacy Policy.
Termination:
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, or violations of these Terms, potentially restricting access to uploaded content or data.
Updates:
Terms and platform features may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of any updates.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws under TOUR DRAFT’s jurisdiction, with disputes resolved under international arbitration.
